What we do;
We will attend the site at a time that suits.
Count all stock on site.
Cost glassware, cellar gas.
We will cost any janitorial products, such as line cleaner, toilet rolls etc.
Cost loose catering (if required).
Count the site float.
Read electricity, gas and water meters.
What we produce
Having carried out an accurate count of all wet and dry stock and checked use by dates we will produce a valuation list using up to date cost prices.
We will point out any stock that has not been added into the valuation and the reasons why.
We produce a valuation certificate that includes all stock, glassware, cellar gas, janitorial products and float to create a total figure for items changing hands on the day.
We then act as your agent and agree the figure with the other party.
